Waking up each morning with a breathtaking view from my room made every moment special. The junior suite offered spacious comfort with a comfy bed, private terrace, and a large bathroom. The dining experience stood out. dinner was fine dining at its best, showcasing exquisite meals that we eagerly anticipated each night. I loved the breakfast buffet, which was extensive and featured local ingredients. The spa was lovely, with a range of saunas and a beautiful outdoor jacuzzi that was relaxing after a day of exploring. the small size of the pool area felt a bit cramped at times, especially when it was busy. I had to call for towels in the spa, which should be more readily available. There were no porters to assist with luggage, making the arrival through the cable car a bit awkward. Lastly, while the rooftop pool was enjoyable, it could be open later for sunset views. These minor inconveniences aside, the overall experience was delightful, and I appreciated the attentive service, particularly from Robin, who made us feel welcomed at the restaurant.

The breakfast buffet featured superb quality with local ingredients, making each morning a delightful experience.
It would have been helpful to receive a heads-up that the spa was nude friendly, as we weren't prepared for this aspect.

The dining experience was exceptional, particularly dinner, which felt like fine dining, and the extensive breakfast buffet was a highlight. Parking situation felt cramped!!! Wish for less obstructive balcony neighbors!!! Spa facilities could use more cleanliness!!! A strong desire for a cold pool/tub for post-sauna relief!!! Rooftop pool hours should extend for sunset views!!!

I had an amazing time enjoying the private sauna in my spacious room and savoring the delicious four-course dinner every night. The spa was a real treat with the heated outdoor pool and relaxing massages that made me feel rejuvenated. The only hiccup was that I wish I had booked my treatments a bit earlier to avoid missing out.

excellent wellness retreat with stunning views
The spa facilities were a highlight, featuring multiple saunas and a serene outdoor jacuzzi that overlooked sweeping mountain views. I particularly enjoyed the choice of healthy breakfast options with local ingredients, making my mornings delightful. The infinity pool experience was unforgettable, especially swimming with the snow-covered peaks in view.
The Alpine style rooms were modern, but some furnishings could be refreshed.
